If I need employees in my Seattle distribution center and you're holding an event in Los Angeles, why should I go?
Our events are regional career expos. By that, our candidates expect to meet employers from all over the region in which the event is held and they come to the events expecting that employers may require them to move. In addition, one of the greatest benefits that the military offers transitioning personnel is free relocation to the
military veteran. In other words, you want a transitioning candidate to move for the job, it's on the government's dime, not your company's. What other candidate demographic has free relocation? None.

What kind of talent and skills can I find in candidates at your career expos?
Although the
military's main mission is combat, it maintains a vast infrastructure to support combat elements. Support elements include logistics, transportation, food service, medical & dental, supply, aviation, communications, and many more. For as many civilian industry sectors as there are, the military more likely than not has a parallel training,
development and operational unit that performs the same type of services, productions or tasks.

Our business is very specialized, and we are looking for highly educated people.
Can we find highly-qualified individuals at your events?
We have senior and junior military officers attend our events. These men and women are
educated throughout their service and go on to attend some of the top universities in the country following their transition out of the Armed Forces. Here again, your business does not have to spring for education costs of these veterans because the GI Bill they have earned covers the cost. Because of this, many will attend good educational
institutions and educate themselves on top of the vast technical experience they gained from the military.
Are discounts available to offset the cost of your events?
Well, there are countless HR/Recruiting/Staffing/Sourcing agencies out there that charge a heck of a lot more than we do and give you a heck of a lot
less than we do. We offer employers one cost for as many hires as they can make. This benefits the employer and our military candidates.

Your events seem pricey. I can go to other events and pay $200.00 to attend.
Why do your events cost more?
Well, let's answer that with a question of our own: When you attended the job fair
that cost you $200 to attend, how many hires did you make that day or following? Most likely, none. The adage is true; you get what you pay for. And it stands true at MilitaryStars Career Expos as well. For the price of attendance at our events, you get unlimited PRE-SCREENED hires, which means the military job seekers who attend our events will have the background you're looking for.
From our employer surveys, we've found that one out of every two candidates that employers speak with has the skill set and background they need to fill their job requisitions. Equally, with the price of our event, employers get job postings on our website, military-friendly marketing and exposure, an online searchable candidate database and as many hires as they need or can make. Pretty good deal, eh?
So, as an employer, you can come to our event and speak with and interview the candidates you need, or you can go and pay $200 to sit around at somebody else's event.
