Our military marketing strategy has been developed over the course of many years by our all-veteran staff. Together we have been able to leverage our over 15 years of experience in the military transition market to achieve optimum results in the following areas:

Word of Mouth: For more than the last decade, MilitaryStars employees have each made the transition from military to civilian ourselves. During this time we have built lasting relationships with all of the major military installations, transition services and military centers of influence. Many of our employees are former military recruiters familiar with the inner workings of the military manpower rotation.

Online / Print advertising: MilitaryStars uses a variety of online and print avenues to include major job boards, job seeker sites, major newspapers, base newspapers and transitions guides as well as radio advertisement in select locations.

MilitaryStars proprietary Resume Database: Our database of 200,000+ job seekers is the most powerful in the industry. We use this database of pre-registered job seekers to advertise and direct market to prospective candidates regionally. Our proprietary database feeds our employer resume databases with only fresh candidates who are active job seekers. In addition to our active candidates, our proprietary and OFCCP compliant software gives us the opportunity to market to and contact passive candidates meeting specific criteria desirable to our client companies.
